Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup paneer


  • 1 cup bread crums


  • 1 cup full fat milk


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1 cup water


  • 3 spoon Chopped dryfruits


  • 1 tspoon saffron


  • 1/2 cup ghee


  • 1 spoon cardamom crushed

Directions

  • First of all take a bowl and add bread crumbs to it.now add milk gradually and knead soft dough.
  • Now take another bowl and add paneer to it.now crumble it and knead well untill it become smoother.
  • Now take another bowl n add dryfruits,saffron,cardamom and mix well.now stuffing is ready.
  • Now for making sugar syrup take a pan add sugar and water allow to boil.when syrup boiled add cardamom and turn of gas.
  • Now take bread dough and make small balls from it.then make hole in it and put dryfruits stuffing.now cover dryfruits and make balls.
  • Now like this make all balls from dough.
  • Now dry all gulabjamuns in ghee and let it ne cool down.
  • Now take some portion of paneer dough and put gulabjamun in it.then cover it and make smooth balls.
  • Note that it should not cracked.
  • Now deep theese balls in hot sugar syrup and cover for 1 hour.
  • Now chilled in fridge and serve.till that time gulabjamun and outer layer of rasgulla soak sugar syrup and get doubled in size.
