First of all take a bowl and add bread crumbs to it.now add milk gradually and knead soft dough.
Now take another bowl and add paneer to it.now crumble it and knead well untill it become smoother.
Now take another bowl n add dryfruits,saffron,cardamom and mix well.now stuffing is ready.
Now for making sugar syrup take a pan add sugar and water allow to boil.when syrup boiled add cardamom and turn of gas.
Now take bread dough and make small balls from it.then make hole in it and put dryfruits stuffing.now cover dryfruits and make balls.
Now like this make all balls from dough.
Now dry all gulabjamuns in ghee and let it ne cool down.
Now take some portion of paneer dough and put gulabjamun in it.then cover it and make smooth balls.
Note that it should not cracked.
Now deep theese balls in hot sugar syrup and cover for 1 hour.
Now chilled in fridge and serve.till that time gulabjamun and outer layer of rasgulla soak sugar syrup and get doubled in size.
